| Title : | BRYOPHYTE FLORA OF “FOREST PARK GORICA” (PODGORICA, MONTENEGRO) |
| Abstract : | With the aim of supplementing recent knowledge about the floristic diversity in the urban area of Podgorica city, bryological investigation of the forest park Gorica was conducted during 2008. A total of 50 bryophyte taxa (including the literature data) were presented, as representive of Bryopsida and Marchantiopsida (47 mosses and 4 liverworts); 28 species are new for the investigated area. The most common family is Pottiaceae with nine genera. A numerous genus, with six species, is Bryum. Taxonomic, phytogeographic and ecological analyses of the study area are given. |
